International City Building II

This free-standing 4,500 sq ft building was purchased by the Faith Group as it connects directly behind to the International City Building 1. Offering a superb and highly visible location immediately east of the Golden Glades Interchange and within the huge surrounding medical community, the building was leased to Fluent Cannabis Care Center, their first Miami-Dade Medical Marijuana Dispensary.

The group worked very closely with the city throughout the process and ensured the city as well as the residents were very receptive for the specific Tenant.
