International City Building I

The International city Building I was purchased in 2013 as a distressed office building adjacent to Jackson North hospital. The Faith Group in close discussions with the city of North Miami Beach, utilized in house architects and their Construction Company to correct all code violations and return to shell condition. The building was then marketed as a build to suit and then leased to multiple tenants including a 13,000 sq ft Drug and Alcohol detox tenant. The building has 32,250 sq ft and is in the district of the hospital right off the golden glades interchange.
