Venture Center

The Venter Center I and II comprises of two separate 4 story buildings on the campus, each with 30,000 sq ft of Leasable space. The Faith Group strategically purchased these buildings as part of their other assets in very close proximity to the Jackson Hospital North Campus.

The majority of Tenants are medically based including a 7,500 sq ft full service Ambulatory surgery center, other medical professionals including Gastrologists, Cardiology, and Family care amongst other professional businesses.
