Miramar Parkway Plaza is a large Grocery anchored Shopping plaza which is located on the corner of South University Drive and Miramar Parkway Plaza. It has over 148,000 sq ft of Gross Leasable space and includes National tenants on several outparcels including McDonald’s, Foot Locker, AutoZone, an 11,000 sq ft Blink fitness Gym, Subway, Little Caesars, Moby’s, Metro and many more.

Presidente Supermarket anchors the plaza with 42,000 sq ft. The Faith Group purchased this distressed Asset in 2014 adding tremendous value since the acquisition. They are currently working on creating a medical wing within the Plaza.
