This 32,000 sq ft Retail center located in Margate, Florida was purchased as a distressed Asset in 2012 with a 34% occupancy rate. The Faith group renovated the plaza and launched a Leasing initiative and within a few months Occupancy had increased to over 88%. The property was sold soon after it was stabilized in 2014.
