The Faith Group is proud to welcome the world-famous Anita La Mamma del Gelato to its Aventura Cove retail plaza as its newest tenant.
Having originated in Netanya, Israel in 1998, the popular brand now has locations throughout the world including Australia, London, Spain, Cyprus, Puerto Rico and, within the USA, locations in New York, Los Angeles and now its first location in Miami.
FIP Commercial and Present Equity Advisors worked together to bring Anita to Aventura.

Wednesday, September 13th marked the ribbon cutting ceremony at the new Aventura location. Ribbon cutting attendees included Aventura Mayor Howard S. Weinberg, Esq., Vice Mayor Amit Bloom, Commissioner Billy Joel, Commissioner Paul Kruss, Commissioner Dr. Linda Marks, Aventura Marketing Council/Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board Gary Pyott and Elaine Adler, President of AMC.
The Aventura customer base is familiar with the exceptional quality of their gelato having visited their stores in New York, Israel and London.
A 25,000-square-foot plaza on a 2.5-acre lot directly fronting Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of the affluent city of Aventura, Florida, Aventura Cove features a number of prominent national retailers including Diamonds Direct, Valley National Bank, Club Pilates, RH Salon, Uni K Wax, and a local favorite, Bagel Cove, that has been a staple for locals and visitors alike for over 30 years.
The Faith Group is more than a landlord; it includes an in-house architectural firm, Faith Architecture & Design, LLC, headed by longtime Miami architect Donald McLeod. Don began working with Anita Gelato in December 2021 when he received a rendering of Anita’s proposed store. The rendering reflected Anita Gelato’s trademark design, which featured unusual materials, such as a tin ceiling, pink marble mosaic floor tiles, and fancy brass lighting fixtures, in addition to ice cream display fixtures.
