Julian Huzenman, Vice President of Leasing & Brokerage with FIP Commercial Realty, arranged the sale.

Conceptual development plans for the site included 240 apartments, hotels of 120 and 100 rooms, up to 300,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, a performing arts building, and a culinary institute.

ShareMD has acquired a dozen healthcare and medical/professional properties in the past two years totaling 750,000 square feet in Florida alone.

Both lease deals were negotiated by Brandee Goldstein, Tenant/Landlord Representative with FIP Commercial Realty.

FIP Commercial President/Broker Roy Faith and VP of Leasing Julian Huzenman represented the landlord in the lease deal. Jay Whelchel of Whelchel Partners represented 21st Century Oncology.

Dave Colonna of FIP Realty represented The Related Group in the deal.
