The nonprofit announced in April 2015 that it hired FIP Realty Services to list the majority of its land in Wynwood for sale.

The properties being offered for sale total just under two acres of land and over 43,000 square feet of buildings.

Roy Faith and Dave Colonna of FIP Realty Services brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.

Roy Faith and Dave Colonna also represented the Buyer in the acquisition of the plaza last March.
