Faith Shopping Plaza was purchased in 2008. The plaza is comprised of 47,000 square feet of gross leasable space on a 3.5 acre parcel, which is a full city block fronting Hallandale Beach Blvd.

Tenants include Family Dollar, Subway, Sally’s Beauty, a host of restaurants including a 4,000-square-foot Bagel Cove Factory and Deli, Thai food and Falafel, Gracia Barra Martial Arts studio and many more local tenants servicing the neighborhood. The plaza is very accessible located just East of I-95 and west of US-1 and the city of Hallandale has seen a tremendous amount of new development in recent years.
