Venture Center I and II comprises two separate 4-story buildings on the campus, each with 30,000 square feet of leasable space.

The Faith Group strategically purchased these buildings as part of its other assets in very close proximity to the Jackson Hospital North Campus.

The majority of tenants are medical-based including a 7,500-square-foot full service Ambulatory Surgery Center as well as other medical professionals including Gastrologists, Cardiology, and Family Care amongst other professional businesses.
